Sarah Fuller, MS, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in Autistic mental health from an affirming, strengths-based lens. I enjoy supporting people in Autistic burnout recovery, cultivating a balanced life that honors neurodivergent needs, and treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also support clients with co-occurring diagnoses and parenting.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I pull from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Psychotherapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and mindfulness-based interventions. I am a Nationally Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) therapist.
I graduated from University of South Carolina Aiken with a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Psychology in 2014. I have worked in neuropsychology, Juvenile Justice, school systems, and clinic settings prior to establishing my private practice. Through my diverse clinical experience and my own lived experience, I found my passion in empowering neurodivergent clients to authentically thrive in a neurotypical world.
Through a year of training under Genevieve Simperingham, I became a Certified Peaceful Parenting Instructor in 2021. I offer parenting support via consultations and ongoing therapy from a neurodivergent-informed, connection-based perspective.
I am available for parenting and neurodiversity workshops. As a Certified GoZen! Workshop Facilitator, I offer workshops on anger transformation, growth mindset, and resilience.
Thank you,
Sarah
